June 25, 2019Congratulations to Sahak Makaryan for successfully completing his Ph.D. qualification exam. Sahak is now a Ph.D. Candidate!
Sahak’s Ph.D. research uses a combination of mathematical modeling and experimental studies to identify strategies to engineer Natural Killer cells. The work aims to model NK cell cytotoxicity and the response to prolonged and repeated stimulation. This builds on our recent pre-print presenting a model of NK stimulatory receptor signaling.
