Prof. Finley appears in faculty spotlight at USC basketball game
February 15, 2018Professor Finley honored as Outstanding Young Engineer
February 19, 2018Congratulations to Professor Finley, who was featured in a social media campaign to encourage girls to become engineers. The effort also highlights African American women, who remain under-represented in science and engineering.
The campaign is led by the Institute for Engineering Community and Cultural Competence (IEC3) at the University of Southern California. IEC3 aims to diversity STEM, with particular emphasis on African American and Latina girls and women, and is directed by Dr. Michelle Flowers Taylor.
