March 1, 2024CSBL attends spring research meetings
May 5, 2024Congratulations to Niki Tavakoli for successfully passing her Ph.D. qualifying exam. Niki is now a Ph.D. Candidate!
Niki presented proposed research that utilizes constraint-based modeling to elucidate the bidirectional metabolic interactions that take place between CRC cells and CAFs in the tumor microenvironment. The goal of this work is to effectively pinpoint therapeutic targets that can block and impede these interactions, guiding further experimental studies.
We are excited to see the excellent work Niki will accomplish during her Ph.D. training.
Congratulations, Niki!
