CSBL Ph.D. student earns best presentation award

Professor Finley traveled to Evanston, Illinois to visit Northwestern University. Prof. Finley gave a lecture in the Advances in Biotechnology course, which is part of the NIH-funded Biotechnology Training Program. Prof. Finley also gave an invited talk in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. The talk presented the CSBL’s latest work in modeling CAR-mediated T cell signaling and the angiogenic balance in breast tumor tissue.
Prof. Finley finished her Ph.D. at Northwestern University at 2009. This was a great opportunity to go back to NU and see all of the recent changes.
