Prof. Finley selected to participate in NAE Frontiers of Engineering

Congratulations to Prof. Finley, who was one of 83 engineers selected to participate in the National Academy of Engineering‘s Frontiers of Engineering symposium. The event brings together engineers ages 30 to 45 who are performing exceptional engineering research and technical work in a variety of disciplines. The participants are nominated by fellow engineers or organizations. The symposium will be held September 19-21 at the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Center in Irvine, CA. There are four focus areas: technologies for understanding and treating cancer, pixels at scale, water desalination and purification, and extreme engineering.
