Professor Finley presents her research at NIH!

Professor Finley was invited to speak at the Pediatric Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome (MODS) Workshop at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. The workshop was sponsored by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). Dr. Finley had the opportunity to present the results of her work to develop a mechanistic model of VEGF transport in the body and how a similar approach could be applied to investigate the progression and severity of Pediatric MODS. We look forward to many productive collaborations as a result of the meeting.
