Congratulations to Min Song for successfully completing her Ph.D. qualification exam. Min is now a Ph.D. Candidate!
Min’s Ph.D. research uses mathematical modeling, based on experimental studies, to better under stand angiogenic signaling promoted by the proteins fibroblast growth factor (FGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). She is particularly interested in signaling that mediates proliferation, migration, and survival in endothelial cells. Her proposed research is based on previous work published in BMC Systems Biology presenting a model of FGF- and VEGF-induced ERK signaling.
We look forward to more impactful research from Min!
Congratulations, Min!
