CSBL attends spring research meetings

Several members of the lab attended local research meetings held in Southern California!

Diamond and Lynne presented their research at the 13th Annual Southern California Systems Biology Symposium on Saturday, March 16 held at UC Irvine. Lynne was selected to give a lightning talk to highlight her poster.

Niki and Handan attended the 2nd Annual SoCal Metabolism, also held at UC Irvine, on Saturday, March 22. Niki presented her research at the meeting.

Diamond attended the annual Conference for Emerging Black Academics in STEM (CEBAS) held at Caltech on April 5 and 6. She was selected to give a talk, where she presented work from her 1st author paper currently under revision.

All of the meetings were great opportunities to learn about the current research and connect with colleagues!
