CSBL welcomes visiting undergraduate summer researcher

We welcomed Jairo Reynoso to the lab as part of the 2023 Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) program. Jairo finished his sophomore year at Victor Valley College in June 2023 and is going to Stanford University to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Jairo worked to expand our recently published Boolean model of T cell exhaustion. He was mentored by Dr. Geena Ildefonso and presented his work at the SURE poster session. It was a productive summer!
